ABOUT Jules

Raised in a family where photography played a central role in remembering stories, moments, and milestones, I learned early on how powerful a single image can be. Surrounded by albums that documented our lives, I realised at a young age that I wanted to tell my own story through the lens as well. That love for preserving memories has stayed with me ever since.
Today, I’m based at Carters Beach in Westport, on the stunning South Island of New Zealand — a place where dramatic coastline, soft light, and endlessly shifting landscapes inspire my work every day. It’s an incredible setting for portraits, families, couples, and landscape photography, and I feel lucky to call it home.
